Start your day on Tuesday with a mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements integrated into a 45-minute class led by a fitness trainer. Then continue on Wednesday by joining a yoga instructor to exercise your mind, body and spirit overlooking Biscayne Bay. Both days are open to participants of all levels.
