  • When is Exceedance 2016?

    Exceedance 2016 begins on Monday, May 16, and ends on Thursday, May 19. The conference starts with a welcome reception on Monday and sessions will begin early on Tuesday morning, continuing until Thursday noon.

  • What conference discounts are available?

    Discounted rates are available for attendees who register in advance of the conference; visit our registration page for the latest offers.

    We also offer discounts for organizations registering together:

    • Organizations registering between 5 and 9 paid attendees receive a $400 discount off the full online registration fee for each attendee.
    • Organizations registering between 10 and 19 paid attendees receive a $450 discount off the full online registration fee for each attendee.
    • Organizations registering between 20 and 29 paid attendees receive a $500 discount off the full online registration fee for each attendee.
    • Organizations registering 30 or more paid attendees will receive a registration rate of $999 for each attendee.

    All group discount refunds will be processed after the close of online registration on April 28, 2016.

    Those within official government organizations are eligible to attend at the Early Bird registration rate of $1650 regardless of the time of registration.

  • What if I need to change my reservation or attendees before the conference?

    You can make changes to your registration through the online registration portal until April 28, 2016. Please contact our Exceedance registration team at registration2016@exceedance.com if you have questions or require assistance.

  • What if I need to cancel my registration to Exceedance?

    A full refund will be given for all written cancellations made by April 14, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. PDT and sent via email to registration2016@exceedance.com.

    Written cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. PDT on April 14, 2016 will be refunded with the deduction of a a $350(USD) administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 28, 2016.

  • Does the conference hotel offer a discounted room rate?

    Yes. Please reserve your room at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach during the Exceedance registration process and benefit from our special discounted rate of $259/night (plus taxes and fees).     You can collect your name badge and conference materials starting on Sunday, May 15 from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. at the hotel’s Luster Gallerie.

  • When should I arrive?

    We suggest that you arrive by 5:30 p.m. ET on Monday, May 16, so you can join us for our welcome reception that evening. The conference sessions will begin early on Tuesday, May 17. If you are joining us for any pre-conference activities, you may wish to arrive on Sunday, May 15, to settle in.

  • Is there a dress code?

    Pre-conference activities are casual dress unless otherwise indicated. All daytime conference sessions and activities are business casual. Evening events are business casual or festive cocktail attire.

    The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is approximately 12 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA) and approximately 28 miles from Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL).

    Estimated transportation fares are as follows:

    • From MIA: taxi: $34.00 (one-way)
    • From FLL: taxi: $75.00 - 80.00 (one-way)

  • Is parking included?

    Parking is not included. Valet parking at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach is $42.00/day plus tax with in-and-out privileges. Oversize-vehicle parking is available at a rate of $69.00/day plus tax.

  • Are meals provided?

    Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided to all attendees throughout the conference (May 17-May 19). Some meals are also included for pre-conference activities (May 16). Cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served at evening functions sponsored by RMS (May 16-May 18). Please indicate any special dietary requirements during the registration process. Meals or snacks outside of the conference and sponsored functions listed in the agenda are at the attendee's expense.

  • What can I expect at the EP: Exceedance Party?

    This year's EP will be a vision in white, inspired by retro Miami and the greats, from Frank Sinatra to Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. Come dressed in white, ready to show off your dance moves to a five-piece band and DJ while enjoying specialty cocktails, delicious bites, a candy bar, photo booth, and more!   • Can I bring a guest to the EP: Exceedance Party and is there an additional fee?

    Guests are welcome at the EP: Exceedance Party on May 18 for an additional fee. A guest pass for the evening function can be purchased for $250.00 during registration. Unless otherwise noted, conference attendance is limited to conference participants only.

  • Is there an age requirement to attend Exceedance 2016?

    You must be at least 18 years of age to attend Exceedance 2016. If members of your traveling party are under this age and childcare is needed, the Fontainebleau Miami beach Beach offers a variety of childcare options, including their FB Kids program and babysitting services.


    • Babysitting services:
      Fontainebleau is pleased to offer babysitting services for our guests seven days a week. All babysitters have experience working with children and are Level 2 background screened.

    • FB Kids:
      At FB Kids, children ages 4 through 12 create daily journeys focusing on their unique interests and putting their energy to a creative use. Daily activities include games and team building, scavenger hunts, sport skills, drama, art, music and movement and more.

  • Are pets allowed at Exceedance 2016?

    Pets are not allowed at the Exceedance 2016 conference, but are welcome at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The hotel is pet friendly, welcoming pets weighing 50lbs and under. Recently rated “Four Paws” by Distinguished Pets, the Fontainebleau Miami Beach is regarded as the ultimate South Beach location for four-legged friends and their companions. Pampered pets and their adoring owners enjoy spacious rooms, tail-wagging amenities including a complimentary dog tag with “If found, return to” information, and an on-premise ocean-side park.
